Powers And Abilities
Strengths:
Swordsmanship
Zargabaath is an excellent swordsman, having been trained by the finest teachers from a young age and having years of experience under his belt. He has seen so many situations and been in so many fights with his swords and in his heavy armour that he is a force to be reckoned with in a duel or on the battlefield.
Strategy
His wisdom is known by his fellow Judges. Zargabaath can out think his opponent as much as he can outfight them. Clever and knowledgeable in many different areas, he is able to outwit people in and out of battle. He is also good at long term planning and strategy or finding ways out of tricky situations.
Weaknesses:
Age
Zargabaath is past his prime. In his youth he was as strong and fast as any man could be in a massive suit of armour. Now, it is true he is still in peak physical form, his reflexes have slowed and his strength waned a little. Not that this would ever stop him from trying.
Humanity
Zargabaath is also entirely human, or hume, and can suffer from illness, poison, wounding and even death just like anyone else.
Morality
If forced into action by a moral decision, Zargabaath can be manipulated and controlled. He will not let innocent lives be lost. This can be used to his enemy's advantage.
Weapons And Equipment:
Dual swords
Like the other Judge Magisters, Zargabaath wields a pair of duel swords. These can be fixed together at the hilt to create a lance/spear type weapon that their swordform uses for defence. By separating the two halves, the Judges can use the two halves to attack and go on the offensive. Zargabaath usually fights with them linked defensively.
Personal Information
Personality:
Zargabaath is a Judge Magister - the highest rank achievable in the lands from which he hails. He is one of five such Judges, and is very much the neutral party within that group. He is fair, he is balance, neither a force of evil nor of good; just as he views a judge should be. However, he is not afraid to dish out lethal justice should the need arise. Defending the weak and helpless, Zargabaath can be quite easy to play if a victim is involved, as his honour and morality force him to take action.
He is fairly laid back otherwise, calm and collected, and prefers to spend his free time simply reading or drinking tea. He barely complains, never makes and fuss and is loyal - unless your point of view falls entirely opposite to his own moral compass.
He tends to take the role of a mentor when with someone younger than himself, and his patience is pretty good.
History:
Born to a middle-class family, Zargabaath never had it too hard. When he was old enough he joined the army and was moved to the capital. Years of training flew by and the soldier travelled far and wide enforcing the law and clawing his way through the ranks at an alarming pace. One of the oldest Judges, he was made Judge Magister on his 45th year, and proceeded to continue in his duties to protect the empire.
Other than battles, training and research, Zargabaath was put in charge of the great ship Alexander and to this day serves as its captain. He was thrown into the worlds of UN by freak chance, and is currently searching for a way to return to his ship and his duties in the Empire.

The sun was streaming through the window.
The man awoke with a start, a jerk that shifted his body to the point where one would ordinarily have nearly fallen off of their chair. This man, however, was more fortune as the heavy set of armour that clad his frame prevented most, if not all, of his reflex. Zargabaath let his head rest on the table again for a moment, his body uncomfortably bent in his armour and his cheek stuck to the paper on the desk. He gave a soft grunt, grey eyes flicking down to what he'd been working on before he took a breath and hefted himself up right, not relishing the wash of dizziness that swept over him from sleeping in a rather idiotic position.
"Well."
He said to no one in particular, wrinkling his nose for a moment before taking a second to run a gloved hand backwards through his wavy hair.
"Typical."
The paper before him was nothing exciting, some petty thing or another that he'd been dumped with as usual, and the Judge took another long breath, sighing heavily as he finally got to his feet, muscles finally remembering their purpose and supporting him. He scratched his nose and took a step or two, moving over to an urn filled with water that rested on one of the tables sitting on the side of the room. He filled the glass and took a sip, moving with the container to the window and peering out over the city he called home.
"Another day..."
