Plot Summary: There are currently 21 known Kamen Riders in existence, each one with unique abilities. One of them has a specifically unique power, being able to enter a dimension called the Mirror World. It is inhabited, not by the opposite counterparts of humans, but monstrous beings that prey on humans within our world. These beasts have been captured by Destron and are now used as living weapons in assassinating politicians and officials who are close to discovering Destron's existence. The Rider who is able to defend people from the beasts within their own realm calls himself Kamen Rider Ryuki, and is able to use numerous other powers to aid in the fight against Destron. He watches for Destron activity within the Mirror World, where humans are unable to enter and are also unable to see within the Mirror World.
As Shinji continued his patrol, he kept a vigilant watch at the windows, which were a means of seeing events in the human world to him. There wasn't much activity today, but then again he had just started the patrol and it would be likely that Destron would wait until they felt like they weren't being watched to launch another terror strike. DragRanzer let out a roar of impatience. "Relax, there'll definitely be sonething going on, whether or not Destron does attack."
Meanwhile, in an abandoned factory, a group of soldiers in black combat suits were unloading weaponry from crates at the loading dock. A monstrous beast walked around the factory, grunting with each step it took. One of the soldiers walked up to the creature, saying "Sir, General Akizuki has a message for you." "What does that arrogant bastard want now?" "He wants a status report on the operation here in New York." "Tell him we'll get started on the op soon enough, and that he better keep his word about helping in the attack." "Yes, sir."
